A courtesy call Paid on the Minister of State of Benin

On December 2nd, Liu Xiaoping, General Manager of JWHC Benin SARL, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Abdulaye Biot Chane, Minister of State for Development and Coordination of Government Action of Benin.
Liu Xiaoping thanked the Minister for his strong support for 11 Multi-Purpose Dam Projects in Benin's Ouémé River Basin, and reported to the Minister on the progress and far-reaching significance of the project. He hoped that through this project, Benin would achieve leapfrog development in surface water utilization and agricultural modernization. The project continues to receive high attention from China and has been included in the list of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Action Plan. Many financial institutions have expressed their willingness to raise funds.
After listening to the report, the minister inquired about financing banks and cooperation models for the key project in Benin’s “Government Action Plan”, to which great importance attaches. Multiple meetings have been held between Minister of State for Development and Coordination of Government Action and relavent Ministries to boost the project, with continuous concerns on the progress.
